Hospitality Remedial + Renovation
Problem:
Severe water intrusion caused sagging ceilings, damage across multiple floor levels, and leaks into the commercial kitchen. The rooftop bar was also outdated and in need of a full restoration.
Solution:
Projex Pro delivered a comprehensive rooftop rebuild and remediation package. Works included custom drainage and waterproofing systems, structural repairs, interior water damage remediation, and new joinery. All work was carefully staged to minimise disruption to the venues operation, including its kitchen and service areas.

FAÇADE REMEDIATION – CLADDING REPLACEMENT
Problem:
The building’s façade was clad with combustible material, with underlying rusted top hats and mould present, posing serious safety and structural risks.
Solution:
Projex Pro carried out full removal of the combustible cladding, treated rusted top hats, completed mould remediation, and installed a new non-combustible rendered façade system.
Result:
The building’s façade was brought up to compliance standards with a safe, durable, and aesthetically refreshed exterior.

Window Remediation – Installation of Louvre System
Problem:
There was restricted airflow and inadequate circulation throughout key tenancy areas. In addition, to achieve full fire compliance, the building required the installation of automatic smoke detector–activated louvre windows to meet current code requirements.
Solution:
Projex Pro executed a window remediation roll-out, carried out through scheduled abseil rope-access night works to minimise disruption to tenants and CBD operations. Works included the installation of new automated louvre window systems integrated with smoke detectors, removal of deteriorated sealants, and reapplication of high-performance sealant systems.
Result:
The window systems were fully installed, achieving improved airflow, watertight performance, and fire compliance through the integration of the new automatic louvre systems. The project was delivered efficiently with zero disruption to occupants, enhancing both the building’s safety and overall presentation.
