Located in the heart of Woollahra, The Light Brigade Hotel is one of Sydney’s most iconic landmarks. Projex Pro delivered a full-scale hospitality restoration of the multi-level venue, balancing heritage preservation with the practical demands of a hotel that kept trading throughout the works.

The problem.

The Light Brigade was suffering severe water ingress, sagging ceilings and structural issues across its multi-level building, and the rooftop was due for renovation.

Waterproofing had failed and moisture was getting into the commercial areas. The building needed structural repair and long-term protection, and the works had to be planned around a venue that stayed open.
