Current and completed work in Brookvale, Dee Why, Naremburn, Artarmon, Woollahra, Alexandria and the Sydney CBD.

Two of our current projects are on the Northern Beaches: Brookvale Residence, a full design and construct family home, and a waterproofing remediation at Sturdee Parade in Dee Why, where failed planter drainage was letting water into rooms at ground level.

On the North Shore, Jersey Road in Artarmon is a major fire services upgrade, currently under construction, with a new pump room, tank room and sprinkler system. At Northcote Street in Naremburn we traced water ingress back to failed planter box membranes and laid new, flood tested membranes.

In the Eastern Suburbs we restored The Light Brigade Hotel in Woollahra, repairing failed waterproofing and sagging ceilings while preserving the hotel’s heritage detail.

Closer to the city, we replaced combustible cladding at Brennan Street in Alexandria with a new non-combustible rendered façade, and delivered façade and window remediation at 60 Park Street in the Sydney CBD, with the window replacement carried out at night by rope access.
