Where a scope touches cladding or fire safety, we work in line with NSW requirements and alongside an accredited fire safety practitioner or fire engineer where required. Projex Pro carries out the building works; we do not issue the Annual Fire Safety Statement.

Yes. We work seamlessly to your architect's, engineer's and consultant's scopes, from defect reports and fire-compliance upgrades through to tender packages and photo tracking. That means the design intent, the compliance requirements and the build all line up, and your consultants have the documentation they need at each stage. It keeps responsibility clear and the project moving.
What does the process look like from first call to completion?
We start by reviewing the site, your scope or consultant's report and the works required, then price it and set a staged program around your trading. Once appointed we mobilise with agreed access and safety controls, run the works (including night works where needed) and keep owners and operators updated throughout. On completion we hand over the works with the relevant documentation for your records.

Yes. Projex Pro is a family-run, licensed NSW building company (licence 378139C) and a Master Builders Association member, with Class 2 building capability and full insurances maintained for hospitality remedial and fit-out works.
