Window Remediation.
Installation of Louvre System.

Problem:

Key tenancy areas suffered from restricted airflow and poor circulation. To meet current fire-compliance code, the building also needed automatic, smoke-detector-activated louvre windows.

Solution.

Projex Pro delivered a full window remediation roll-out, carried out via scheduled abseil rope-access night works to keep disruption to tenants and CBD operations to an absolute minimum. 

Works included new automated louvre window systems integrated with smoke detectors, removal of failed sealants, and reapplication of high-performance sealant systems.

During daytime hours, the team also carried out full window cleaning across the facade.

Result.

A fully installed window system with improved airflow, watertight performance, and full fire compliance, delivered efficiently with zero disruption to occupants. The facade was left clean and well-presented.
