Overview:
Brookvale Residence is a full design and construct project we’re delivering from the ground up, from the first concept sketch through to the final handover. It’s a contemporary family home built to balance good design, everyday function and lasting value.
Because we manage the design, approvals and construction all under one roof, the original vision stays intact the whole way through. One team, one point of contact, and far fewer surprises along the way.
Design Direction.
The design keeps things clean and contemporary, with natural materials, generous natural light, and a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living. The aim is a timeless home that suits how the family actually lives, day to day.
3D renders guided the project from early on, helping shape the key decisions and giving a clear picture of the materials and spaces before a single brick was laid.
