Yes. Projex Pro holds NSW company builder licence 378139C and is a registered Design and Building Practitioner, DBP BUP0001044. That combination lets us take responsibility for both the design and the construction of remedial works to current NSW requirements.

Fire safety and cladding works are carried out in line with NSW requirements and, where required, alongside an accredited fire safety practitioner or fire engineer. This keeps responsibility for certification with the right accredited people while we deliver the building works. To be clear, Projex Pro does not issue the Annual Fire Safety Statement; we complete the physical works that sit behind it.
