The building required a major fire services upgrade to meet compliance, including a new fire pump room, tank room and sprinkler system. The works combine significant structural, hydraulic and fire coordination, the kind of complex Class 2 job that needs careful sequencing.
Solution.
PROJEX PRO IS BUILDING THE NEW PUMP AND TANK ROOM, DELIVERING THE STRUCTURAL AND CIVIL WORKS, AND COORDINATING THE FULL FIRE SERVICES UPGRADE FROM ONE POINT OF CONTACT.
The scope includes demolition, excavation and reinforced concrete works for the pump and tank room, block and retaining walls with waterproofing, stormwater, electrical, render and finishing works. Projex Pro also coordinates the fire tank, pump and sprinkler works delivered by specialist contractors, keeping the programme, certification and sign-off on track across roughly ten weeks on site.
