Scope of work

Projex Pro was engaged to resolve severe water ingress and structural issues while undertaking a large-scale rooftop renovationat The Light Brigade Hotel—an iconic, multi-level hospitality venue. The project presented a range of complex challenges, includingextensive water damage, sagging ceilings, compromised waterproofing, and water ingress into the commercial kitchen. These issues required a comprehensive, coordinated response combining remedial expertise with high-end renovation works.
