We're Projex Pro, a Sydney-based, family-run construction company specialising in remedial work, renovations and high-quality building solutions.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience behind our director Steve Evans, we bring a clean, considered approach to every project, from façade restoration and waterproofing to complex compliance upgrades and full residential renovations.
We work across strata, commercial, hospitality and residential projects, and we deliver work that lasts and relationships that do too.
MEET AGNES SWEIJER AND STEVE EVANS.
We're Agnes Sweijer and Steve Evans, partners in life and in business. Together we started Projex Pro to raise the standard of remedial construction in Sydney, and to prove that careful building and clear communication should come as standard.
Today we lead a business built on care, trust and craftsmanship, bringing clarity and confidence to every site we step onto.

We're not trying to be the biggest builder in Sydney, and that's a deliberate choice.
Staying focused lets us give every project the attention it deserves, with the right trades hand-picked for each building and the two of us close to the detail from start to finish.
Our real difference is the combination behind every project: hands-on building experience and design-led thinking, working side by side. Steve runs the build: structural integrity, sequence, and the judgement calls that only get made on site. Agnes runs the operation: design thinking, systems and the client experience, from how a project is planned, priced and documented through to what a client is given and when.
It also means you always know where things stand. Every project gets its own private online job page, with progress photos, documents and the account in one place, plus a short written progress note every week.
It’s this approach that’s earned us the trust of clients across Sydney’s property and construction industry, from the Northern Beaches to the Inner West.
